I was skeptical at first because my realtor recommended this home inspector but after reading the reviews I went with him. I’m so glad I did. Woytek was so thorough, patient, and helpful. He explained every issue with the house and didn’t mind all my questions. Honestly his home inspection was the only thing that went smoothly in this whole home buying process! I really appreciate his skill and the pride he takes in doing a good job.
Woytek was incredibly helpful at explaining all of the different tests and observations he was making, and also helped discover a leak that nobody was aware of prior to the inspection. Woytek is very thorough with his inspection and explains everything he finds and provides possible solutions to the problems. Don’t be shy to ask him questions, he was able to answer everything! The report was detailed very well. Gave us options of what had to be done to improve a couple issues. Was very honest on everything that he saw. The pictures were very detailed and gave us insight on parts of the house that weren’t visible.
